2026-2027 Registration

To re-register a current student for Kindergarten through Grade 8 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Academy for the 2026-2027 academic school year, please email [email protected].

To register a new student for Kindergarten through Grade 8 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Academy for the 2026-2027 academic school year:

  1. Please gather the following documentation to upload:
    • Birth certificate (original or notarized copy)
    • Immunization record from birth to present age (Download: Immunization Requirements)
    • Baptismal certificate (original) if child is a baptized Catholic
    • Recent report card and test scores from the school he or she is transferring from (for grades 3 through 8)
    • Current Individualized Education Plan (IEP/IESP), if applicable
  2. Go to the online registration portal and begin the online registration process.

Age Qualifications for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year

  • 3-K For All: must be 3 years old by December 31, 2026 (born in 2023) (register through NYC portal)
  • Pre-K For All: must be 4 years old by December 31, 2026 (born in 2022) (register through NYC portal)
    • Note: All 3-K and Pre-K applicants must be New York City residents
    • Toilet training for 3-K & Pre-K is not required
  • Kindergarten: must be 5 years old by December 31, 2026 (born in 2021)
    • Toilet training for Kindergarten is required

In accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Faith, the Catholic academies and parish schools within the Diocese of Brooklyn admit students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin. The Catholic academies and parish schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in admission, policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
