2018-19 Tuition Schedule and Fees

One simplified tuition rate for all. All fees are included except for Music Together in Nursery and Kindergarten.

$500 discount off below tuition for any new student enrolling in Grades K – 8. Student(s) must remain at OLBSCA for the entire year. Credit will be applied to the final tuition bill in April.

Refer-A-Family program remains in effect for Grades K – 8
When the new family comes to register, they must indicate that they have been referred by the current OLBSCA family. Student(s) must remain at OLBSCA for the entire year. The $500 credit to the OLBSCA family will be applied to the final tuition bill in April.

Tuition will be billed monthly due on: July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15

❖ Before School Fees – Students may enter the building at 7:45 am. A $30 monthly early drop off fee per child is applicable for students who may enter beginning at 7:15 am.

❖ After School Fees – Operates from dismissal to 6:00 pm – supervised activities include outdoor games, free play and arts & crafts. There is time set aside for homework. A light snack is provided. Lunch & drink should be sent to the school on Wednesdays (1/2 days)

A late pick-up fee of $15 for every 15 minutes past 6:00 pm.

Financial Aid

Partial tuition assistance for the 2018-19 school year is available through Futures in Education!

Financial aid is available for eligible students in grades K to 8 who attend a Catholic Academy or Parish School within the Diocese of Brooklyn. Families must meet financial eligibility requirements to be considered.

The deadline to apply is March 30, 2018, for families already receiving assistance and April 30, 2018, for new families.
