2019 – 2020 Tuition Schedule and Fees

One tuition rate for all, Catholic or non-Catholic.  All fees are included except for registration fee, graduation fee (8th grade), Nursery & Kindergarten Music Together, After-School Programs, the Academy Parent Association dues or other optional programs.

Generous discounts are offered to families that enroll more than one child.

$500 discount off the total tuition for any new family enrolling in Grades K – 8.  Student (s) must remain at OLBSCA for the entire year.  Credit will be applied to the final tuition bill in April.

Refer-A-Family Program for grades K – 8.  When the new family comes to register, they must indicate on the registration form that an OLBSCA family has referred them.  Student(s) must remain at OLBSCA for the entire year.  The $500 credit to the OLBSCA family will be applied to the final tuition bill in April. This discount is given to the referring family only.

Tuition will be billed monthly due on: July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15.

All families must enroll in FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition.  FACTS is the company we use to manage our tuition billing and payment activities. Once you have registered, FACTS will begin the account set-up process by sending you an email inviting you to open your account using the link which will be included in the email. You will follow the steps to open your account and select a payment option which include scheduled monthly debit, online pay and pay by mail. FACTS will automatically bill and provide monthly statements, secure online access to your account and a phone number to contact a representative if needed. There is no cost to you as OLBSCA will pay for the service directly. Partial tuition assistance is available through Futures in Education. To apply, go to Futures in Education at www. Futuresineducation.org and click on “Apply for Scholarships”.  The deadline to apply is March 29, 2019 for families already receiving assistance and April 29, 2019 for new families. The financial aid application fee will be reimbursed by our Academy.

Extended Day Programs

Before School:  The Before School Program offers faculty/staff supervision of your child/children beginning at 7:15AM for those who need to drop off their child/children before 7:45AM.  Students attending the Before School Program must enter the school via the Auditorium and sign in.  The fee for this program is $35 per child per month.

After School:  Operates from dismissal until 6:00 PM. Faculty/staff supervised activities include: homework, indoor/outdoor games, free play and arts & crafts.  A light snack is provided.  Lunch and drink should be sent to school on all half days.
